Rental terms

How a booking works, what is included and what we need from the venue. The commercial terms of each individual booking, including price, timing and payment schedule, are set out in the written offer we send you. Last updated: September 2026.

Quotes and booking

  • Sending an enquiry through the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
  • We reply with a written offer containing a fixed price, the equipment, the crew and the timing.
  • The date is reserved once you confirm that offer in writing. Until then it stays available to others.
  • Prices in the offer are valid for the date and venue stated in it.

What the price includes

  • Transport of the equipment to the venue and back, within the distance stated in the offer.
  • Installation before the event and removal after it.
  • An operator on site for the agreed hours.
  • The game set or the print station as described in the offer.

Anything not listed in the offer is not included. Additional hours, additional garments, longer distances or extra equipment are agreed and priced separately.

What the venue provides

  • A level, dry surface of the size stated in the offer, indoor or under a roof.
  • Mains power as specified for the equipment.
  • Access for a van and a route to the spot without stairs, or a lift.
  • An install window before the event and a removal window after it.

If the venue cannot provide these on the day and the activity cannot run because of it, the booking is treated as delivered.

During the event

  • Our operator runs the equipment. Guests use it under the operator's instructions.
  • We can pause or stop the activity if guests behave in a way that risks injury or damage.
  • Damage to the equipment caused by misuse is charged at repair cost, evidenced by an invoice.

Changes and cancellation

Date changes are possible subject to availability. Cancellation terms, deposits and payment deadlines are stated in the written offer for each booking, and are agreed before anything is reserved.
