How It Works
Everything is printed and cut before the event, so on the day a guest only picks and presses.

What it costs
The price has two parts: the station and the items. You pay for both, added together.

Merch, charged separately
extraThe merch is not included in the 240 €. You choose which items and how many you need, and we invoice them on top of the station price. Prices below are per piece, transfer or engraving included. Guests may also bring clothes of their own.
Item prices are indicative and depend on quality and quantity. We confirm the total in a fixed written quote within 24 hours.
Longer events, more guests, a second heat press or travel outside Ljubljana change the price. We fix the final figure in the written quote.

FAQ
Do you print at the event?
No. Transfers are printed and cut in advance and laid out on display stands, so on the day the guest only picks one and presses it. Nothing at the station can jam, and the queue never waits on a single machine.
Do guests really apply it themselves?
Yes, with the operator next to them. The guest chooses the placement and closes the press, the operator sets the temperature and time and checks the position first. Small transfers go on with a hand iron, which is easier for caps and sleeves.
Who supplies the t-shirts and hoodies?
Either side. We deliver blanks in the agreed sizes and colours and invoice them separately from the station price, or guests customise clothes they already own and bring with them.
How many guests can you serve?
Two to three minutes per guest. For 300 guests we plan around four hours and add a second press.
What can the laser engrave?
Leather goods and paper notebooks work best: notebook covers, luggage tags, key fobs and card holders. Names, dates, initials and your logo. The mark is burned into the material, so it does not peel or fade.
When do you need the artwork?
Seven days before the event, as vector files or images at 300 dpi. The transfers are printed and cut in that week, so the deadline is firm.
How long does it last on the garment?
Machine wash at 40 °C, inside out, no tumble dryer: 30 washes and more without noticeable cracking.
Which countries do you cover?
Slovenia, Croatia, Austria and Hungary. We are based in Ljubljana: travel within 50 km is included, everything beyond that, cross-border trips included, is calculated per event and stated in the quote before you book.
