This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. Last updated: September 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and optionally the event date, the city or venue and the message you write. We do not ask for and do not need any other personal data.

Why we use it

To check availability for your date, prepare a written quote and reply to you. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, the hosting provider of this website, and forwarded to our email. Netlify acts as our processor and stores data on servers inside the EU or under equivalent safeguards. Our email is hosted by Google.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is active, and after that for up to 24 months, so we can refer back to previous quotes. If a booking goes ahead, the related documents are kept for the period required by Slovenian accounting law. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry earlier.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to volkov.office@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner.

Analytics and tracking

This website runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. See the cookies page for what the site stores in your browser.
